Some the most frequent products to be fraudulent are common many households – olive oil, cheese, honey, herbs spices etc. The greed industries gain higher profits within short period time makes them indulge malpractices such as fraud involves techniques go undetected even after using laboratory techniques. There manifold analytical detect but consumers not able it at home scale. Moreover, no one bothers do buying it. Consuming fraudulated product can prove harmful human body may have term or long-term effects. It only consumer awareness protect from fraud. purpose this review study deliberately affecting consumers.
